The Lagoon 50 hit the scene in 2018. It comes in the common charter, 4 cabin, 4 head, layout but also adds an option for 6 cabins and 6 heads.
The platform is sprawling and makes great use of space with comfortable seating almost everywhere.
With the Lagoon 46 being so similar (but 6 cabin option), it may be hard for bareboat charters to justify a 10 to 20% price premium. The extra couple of feet did allow Lagoon the ability to make the interior saloon a bit more comfortable. As you look at the saloon, notice the location of the mainmast going through the cabin. The 50 enters an island but the 46 has a pole right in the middle of the saloon.
